🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2 years working in
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect is
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications, including relevant Developer, Consultant, and Architect
• Extensive experience in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture, with the ability to lead
• Strong knowledge across multiple Salesforce Cloud products, including experience with platforms
• Previous experience as a Salesforce consultant, developer, or technical architect within complex
