Project Manager - Design and Construction

📋 Description

• Own projects end-to-end from early design coordination through construction, closeout, and handoff
• Coordinate drawing development across schematic design, design development, and construction
• Partner with security, product, IT, cybersecurity, and operations stakeholders to translate program
• Lead architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documentation against design intent
• Manage permitting and approval processes, including submissions, responses to comments, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of project management experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or a
• Demonstrated experience managing drawing sets through schematic design, design development, and
• Proven experience managing contractors and vendors and overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Working knowledge of permitting and approval processes and the ability to navigate requirements
• Strong project controls experience, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk management
