Loan Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end loan onboarding, closings, and operational setup for private credit and direct
• Process complex loan lifecycle events—fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, and
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations to maintain data integrity across borrower
• Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports and respond to inquiries from internal and
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify process inefficiencies and support platform

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in loan operations, private credit operations, fund administration, or
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Understanding of syndicated loans, direct lending structures, revolvers, and lifecycle events such
• Leverage modern tools including AI-powered productivity tools to automate tasks and improve
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with borrowers, lenders, clients, and internal
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to perform interest, fee, payoff, and other
