- Review and verify monthly financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for accuracy
- Identify, investigate, and correct accounting errors
- Generate financial packages using PayHOA accounting software
- Reconcile two separate bank accounts monthly against physical bank statements
- Coordinate with external CPA to prepare and provide required documents for tax filings and audits
- Process vendor payments through PayHOA software
- Collect, organize, and maintain vendor documentation
- Coordinate with state authorities regarding gross receipts tax payments
- Perform accounting cleanup and reconciliation work as needed
