Principal AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as lead architect for group of FDEs; establish FDE best practices and reference architecture
• Translate customer use cases into precise specifications and efficient Agentic AI solutions.
• Orchestrate AI agents to build and refactor software; decompose work into agent-sized tasks and
• Engineer context for reliable agent output; author and maintain system prompts, agent
• Verify and review output against intent; rigorously evaluate code for correctness, spec adherence
• Make architectural and design decisions under uncertainty; determine what to build, sequence

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record building, shipping, and operating production software with AI-native
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, testing
• Solid AI/ML fundamentals: model training/evaluation, embeddings, probabilistic/non-deterministic
• Fluency with AI coding tools and agent patterns including agent architectures and tool-use patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and autonomous systems: planning loops, dynamic tool
