Sr. Process Engineer – Clean Utilities

📋 Description

• Lead clean utilities engineering initiatives across multiple stages of project development
• Provide technical and operational support to Design, Construction Management, CQV/Start-up, and
• Serve as the technical owner for clean utility systems, helping assess manufacturing processes and
• Develop technical documentation including specifications, RFP documentation, data sheets, User
• Support FAT, SAT, CQV, and startup activities while ensuring systems meet technical, quality, and
• Provide engineering support for RO, WFI, clean steam, process gases, and associated process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
• 3–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in high-purity water, steam, process
• Hands-on experience with clean utility systems such as reverse osmosis (RO), Water for Injection
• Strong understanding of process equipment and the ability to define requirements and size
• Proficiency in interpreting and developing P&IDs, PFDs, material balances, and energy balances.
