Senior Solution Architect, Oracle HCM

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders throughout Oracle HCM Cloud
• Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand organizational objectives, business challenges
• Guide executive decision-making around business transformation, operating model evolution
• Define future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational
• Support or lead executive steering committees, governance meetings, strategic presentations, and
• Provide architectural leadership across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programs spanning multiple

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including significant experience in solution
• Deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and comprehensive understanding of
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and Oracle HCM implementation
• Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business and
• Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, transformation
• Strong presales, discovery, consulting, and client advisory experience, with the ability to connect
