UC&C Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for UC&C and audiovisual systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across collaboration environments
• Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with development teams
• Document software bugs and field issues using Jira
• Deliver on-site technical support and ensure deployed systems are updated
• Develop and improve troubleshooting methodologies and support policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience troubleshooting UC&C systems and AV technologies
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Q-SYS or Linux-based AV systems
• 2+ years experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and enterprise collaboration platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
