📋 Description

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including Quality of
• Review and interpret financial statements under GAAP and other relevant standards
• Develop and present client deliverables, including detailed Excel analyses and PowerPoint
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams and client executives, including CFOs and Controllers, to gather

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence, preferably within Big
• Strong understanding of the financial due diligence process, including past experience issuing
• Experience working with target company CFOs and Controllers, as well as Private Equity Partners
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage
