📋 Description

• Own the thirteen-week cash forecast. Update it weekly, publish days of cash on hand every Monday
• Deliver the monthly reporting package: financial statements, margin by job, and budget against
• Make job costing run. Own processes end to end so every job closed in the month carries its labor
• Maintain the loaded labor burden and the overhead absorption rate, refresh both at least annually
• Hold quoted and won work to the cost recovery floor. Review margin on every quote above the
• Take the three company financial numbers to the weekly leadership meeting with the variance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 7–10 years in accounting, including 5+ years in construction or project-based industries
• Proficiency with Sage 50, advanced Excel
• Deep knowledge of construction accounting, WIP reporting, lien waivers, AIA billing, and certified
• Track record of improving processes, reducing errors, and driving operational finance performance
