Content Designer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own copy in critical product moments (first run, empty states, failed builds, upgrade prompts)
• Name features and surfaces so product vocabulary holds together
• Write marketing page copy with PMM, ensuring GTM messaging is reflected on the site
• Collaborate with external design partner on content hierarchy and top-level navigation
• Diagnose and fix pages that are designed but not landing
• Work embedded with marketing and design teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content design or UX writing, with a portfolio showing work both inside a product and
• Real in-product examples (onboarding flows, empty states, error messaging, upgrade moments) and
• Real web examples where copy carries the argument, not just the headline
• Ability to diagnose and rewrite pages where messages get lost on a skim
• Clear point of view on voice and ability to point to copy that delivers it
• Comfortable working at a fast pace, in Figma, alongside product designers and PMs
