📋 Description

• Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com, including product, industry, and solution
• Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems, explore solutions, and
• Partner with other designers to maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe’s design standards
• Balance storytelling with usability to create pages that are engaging, credible, and easy to
• Use user research, user testing, and data to guide and validate your decisions
• Participate in critique and feedback sessions, contributing to the overall quality bar of the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in web or product marketing contexts
• A strong portfolio of web design work that demonstrates exceptional visual design skills, systems
• Ability to independently scope and lead small to medium-sized projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction fundamentals
• Comfortable using Figma and working in component-based systems
