📋 Description

• Watching over one of the largest hosting infrastructures out there — servers, network, DNS, storage
• Triaging alerts: figuring out whether it's hardware, network, or something further up the stack
• Running remote hardware procedures with data center technicians across the world
• Killing the noise — tuning alerts that cry wolf, documenting the ones that keep coming back
• Handover with our Infrastructure Monitoring team in Indonesia, so the coverage never has gaps

🎯 Requirements

• You're comfortable in the Linux command line — you don't need to have it all memorized, but ssh
• A home lab, in any form — a Raspberry Pi, an old laptop running Proxmox, a self-hosted Pi-hole, a
• A basic grasp of how networking and DNS actually work.
• You stay calm when things break, and you ask instead of guessing.
• English good enough for daily written and spoken work with a distributed team.
• You're okay with shift rotation after probation (9am–6pm / 5pm–2am).
