📋 Description

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan for the Traditional Finance roadmap, including
• Establish and run the PMO operating cadence, including weekly workstream reviews, executive
• Coordinate market-expansion initiatives across multiple regions, aligning regulatory and licensing
• Lead vendor and strategic partner workstreams, supporting the sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing
• Define launch-readiness criteria, establish go/no-go gates, and coordinate phased launches
• Identify critical-path risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating issues appropriately and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA
• Demonstrated project or program management experience within a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech
• Proven track record delivering trading, market-data, brokerage products, or large-scale
• Strong understanding of Traditional Finance market structures and financial products across
• Experience coordinating launches across multiple jurisdictions and navigating regulated workflows
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex
