• College degree and 3+ years' experience as a District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong talent and performance-management skills
• Solid financial analysis skills
• Clean driving and criminal record
