Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to end users
• End-to-end user maintenance, including user creation, modification, deletion
• Master data maintenance (bank account management, interfaces, statements etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of AD groups
• Manage day-to-day delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of TMS systems, operations and services
• Manage security for TMS files and folders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience on any of (database administration, support, analysis) or related
• Especially with production support in ERP data management / SaaS application desirable
• Knowledge with IT service management concepts (Preferable ITIL, LEAN)
• Good problem solving skills
• Fluency in English is essential
• Very good communication skills
