• Production Rust: Strong grasp of ownership, lifetimes, and async programming

• Async & Concurrency: Experience building async systems with Tokio
• Database Proficiency: Experience with relational databases, time-series databases, and key-value
• API Design: Built REST or gRPC APIs
• Performance Mindset: Profile before optimizing, understand allocation patterns
