Retail Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Own product creation, setup, and maintenance within MJ Freeway and other seed-to-sale systems
• Ensure new products are accurately configured and available in retail systems prior to arriving in
• Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather, validate, and maintain product
• Maintain product master data and ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product setup requests and product-related system support.
• Identify opportunities to improve product creation workflows, data quality, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or an
• 2-4 years of experience in product data management, merchandising support, retail operations
• At least 1 year of ERP product maintenance experience.
• Experience working with seed-to-sale platforms such as MJ Freeway, Metrc, BioTrack, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy in
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets, pivot tables
