📋 Description
- Serve as trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients and payer organizations
- Lead discovery sessions and solution-design workshops for AI use cases
- Guide AI initiatives from strategy through pilot, deployment, and optimization
- Design AI solutions for payer workflows (claims, care, member services)
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI
- Establish governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible AI practices
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in tech consulting or delivery
- Proven track record deploying AI in production environments
- Experience with health plans, payers, or managed-care organizations
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI patterns
- Experience with HIPAA compliance, privacy, security, and governance
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
