📋 Description

• Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for AI capabilities across the Freshservice platform
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand roadmap and define customer value
• Build narratives connecting Freshworks' AI to outcomes for IT teams and enterprise buyers
• Lead cross-functional launches across Product, Sales, CS, Enablement, Demand Gen, PR, and more
• Develop messaging, demos, battlecards, FAQs, and sales plays for field teams
• Create customer-facing content across web, presentations, videos, webinars, and campaigns
