Software Engineer II, Platform

📋 Description

• Contribute to platform features across compute, authentication, service discovery, observability
• Implement architectural solutions under the guidance of senior engineers, with a growing awareness
• Support and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Help deploy and maintain Ripple's multi-region, multi-provider service platforms with a focus on
• Build and improve tooling for automation, monitoring, and instrumentation to reduce operational
• Contribute to platform and application lifecycle services, working toward automated, data-driven

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience with development background in Go, Python, or Java, with a
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS
• Working knowledge of orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Rancher) and containerization
• Experience contributing to deployment pipelines using common CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
