📋 Description

• Serve as the global Oracle HCM Solution Architect within IT, supporting and partnering with teams
• Work in close partnership with HR, IT, and support teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and
• Participate in global governance routines, contributing regional impact assessments, risk
• Act as the functional authority and owner for Oracle HCM, leading design and configuration
• Maintain end-to-end Oracle HCM configuration and design standards, documentation, and guardrails to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HRIS experience with deep Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) functional expertise in a post-go-live
• Strong expertise in Core HCM plus Absence and Time & Labor, Onboarding, Benefits and its
• Strong HCM business acumen and experience, including integrating with other HR related solutions.
• Experience integrating with third party payroll systems, such as ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView and
• Demonstrated experience creating strong functional integration specifications and partnering
• Experience operating within structured change control and testing processes (regression/UAT/release
