Senior AI Engineer – AI Transformation & Delivery

📋 Description

• Design, build and iterate AI solutions for banking use cases, translating business and functional
• Develop and integrate AI applications, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions where
• Engineer the controls required for responsible and secure AI, including access control, logging
• Establish effective testing, evaluation and monitoring approaches for AI solutions, assessing
• Use approved AI-enabled development tools and automation to accelerate engineering, testing

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated software or AI engineering experience, with hands-on experience designing, developing
• Practical experience working with AI technologies, including Generative AI, large language models
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, data sources and APIs, with
• Understanding of responsible AI and engineering controls relevant to regulated environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with business, product, data, risk and technology stakeholders
