📋 Description
- Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in
- Conducting routine site visits, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication
- Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arena
- Conduct audits and reviews of medications
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies
🎯 Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required
- 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred
- Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Organizational and computer skills
