Product Marketing Manager, AI

📋 Description

• Own positioning, messaging, and GTM for AI across Freshservice
• Partner with Product Mgt and Engineering through lifecycle to define value
• Build narratives connecting AI to IT and enterprise outcomes
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Sales, CS, Enablement, Demand Gen, PR
• Collaborate with sellers to craft messaging, demos, battlecards, FAQs, plays
• Develop customer-facing content (web, decks, videos, webinars, campaigns)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product marketing in B2B SaaS/enterprise
• Own positioning, messaging, GTM for complex/technical products
• Experience bringing AI/ML/GenAI/Copilot/agentic AI to market
• Translate tech capabilities into differentiated customer value
• Partner with Product Mgmt & Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead complex cross-functional launches
