Pharmacy Liaison

📋 Description

• Serve as single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients
• Assess patient needs and provide support with every refill
• Coordinate drug delivery
• Address new insurance and/or copay challenges
• Monitor patient adherence
• Work across the care continuum with clinical and pharmacy team members including clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Registered pharmacy technician with the State of employment
• Nationally certified as CPhT preferred but not required
• 2-5 years required, 5-8 years preferred experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement
