• Advise healthcare clients on high-value AI and automation opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions and design AI use cases and roadmaps
• Guide AI initiatives from strategy to production deployment
• Design AI solutions for payer workflows like claims and care management
• Develop solutions with LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI
• Establish AI governance and responsible AI practices in regulated environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in tech consulting
• Proven experience deploying AI in production environments
• Experience with health plans, payers, or managed care
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and agentic AI
• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and responsible AI in regulated settings
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder communication skills
