Production Designer

📋 Description

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising
• Work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art
• Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets at a steady pace
• Safeguard quality and work together with QA testers
• Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages
• Work directly with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design POV

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets
• Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Sketch or Figma skills are a bonus
• Mastering the art of silhouetting and retouching is a plus
• Ability to keep files, layers, and folders super-organized
• Ability to take charge of small tasks independently and take on bigger jobs with little supervision
