📋 Description

• Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers
• Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines
• Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to streamline creative workflows
• Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail
• Participate in creative reviews and iterations

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Production Design experience
• Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Advanced Figma
• Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows
• Nice to have: Adobe Illustrator, After Effects
• Nice to have: Motion graphics knowledge
