📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, including complex or escalated restaurant sites.
• Validate readiness of wiring, electrical infrastructure, networking, and internet performance.
• Perform advanced diagnostics (traceroutes, port checks) and document infrastructure gaps or risks.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and vendors to resolve issues.

• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure, including low-voltage cabling, routers, switches
• Skilled in advanced network testing (speed, latency, DNS) and translating findings into actionable
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with experience resolving
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems, multi-terminal deployments, and technology
