Software Developer in Test (SDET)

📋 Description

• Being part of the Central Quality Engineering Function
• Represent the SDET team within Caseware’s SaaS Platform teams
• Drive quality strategy across foundational platform areas
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows
• Enhance stability and speed of E2E tests, test data setup, isolation, and reliability
• Drive quality KPIs and lead time to value with agentic testing capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering in modern SaaS/cloud-native environments (AWS)
• Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD (GitHub Workflows)
• Strong testing pyramid knowledge: unit to E2E, API contract and integration tests (Cypress, Pact
• Front-end fluency: HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid collaboration across full-stack teams; strong communication
• Interest in AI-powered testing tools (CoPilot, Devin, Claude) is a bonus
