📋 Description

• Design and deliver complex automations and integrations linking core enterprise systems, including
• Evaluate ambiguous technical challenges, document decisions, and communicate options, risks, and
• Identify and address root causes of fragile integrations, workflow gaps, and data contracts.
• Develop reusable integration patterns, components, and governance foundations with Security and
• Own monitoring, reliability, incident response, and continuous improvement for critical automation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to shape integration strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in automation/integration/IT systems engineering with hands-on delivery of critical
• Strong experience with Workato (recipe development, API integrations, error handling); experience
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (identity, HR, ticketing, finance) via APIs and
• Proven ability to create reusable technical patterns adopted by multiple engineers.
• Hands-on with AI-powered or agentic workflows with governance controls.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting.
