📋 Description

• Govern and continuously improve Downstream workflow practices, ensuring adherence to processes and
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps configurations, including process rules, queries, workflows, and
• Monitor official flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP and
• Provide dashboards and visibility to help teams improve delivery predictability.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment around delivery plans and corrective actions.
• Track performance indicators and create visual management to identify trends and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with workflow management, Kanban/Delivery practices, and operational governance in tech
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience: rules, queries, workflows, work-item management, data governance.
• Experience analyzing flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and monitoring to improve delivery predictability.
• Proven ability to align delivery plans with stakeholders and manage action plans for bottlenecks.
• Strong English communication and facilitation; capable of collaborating with international teams.
