📋 Description

• Work directly with stakeholders to develop contract management process
• Develop and execute equipment & services procurement strategies for construction projects
• Perform market analysis for should costs and best purchasing deals
• Create and negotiate contract documents with legal department
• Track and report projected and actual spend, assess budgetary risk
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract Negotiation, Operations or Supply Chain
• 9+ years of experience in relevant field in lieu of degree
