Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, product explainers, campaign content, and
• Build the visual language for product ideas in motion: UI animation, data visualization, abstract
• Own and evolve the motion design system: transitions, iconography in motion, animation principles.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and design to scope projects from concept to delivery.
• Partner with video editors on hybrid pieces, layering motion graphics, titles, and effects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of motion work showing visual storytelling, art direction, and visual systems
• Ability to translate technical ideas into clear animations.
• Deep fluency in After Effects, Figma, Cinema 4D, Lottie, Rive, or equivalent tools.
• Strong typography and systems thinking; reusable visual language across pieces.
• Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating with Product Designers to translate UI into
• Team player with passion for bringing concepts to life.
