📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows from multiple sources.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy across the data lifecycle.
• Analyze healthcare claims and related datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Design and maintain databases, data models, and schemas to support storage and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with SQL.
• 5+ years in a data-focused role within healthcare, preferably involving healthcare claims.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data, multi-payer databases, public payers, claims processing, and
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare policy, trends, eligibility, utilization, cost, and equity
• Knowledge of state government roles in healthcare policy.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization using SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar.
