Senior Software Engineer (Java Fullstack)

📋 Description

• End-to-end design and delivery of backend services within platform architecture.
• Lead design decisions, set patterns, and guide team decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive overall delivery for the squad.
• Drive testing strategy, security, resilience, and performance in a multi-tenant setup.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic tools to scaffold, refactor, test, and document.
• Collaborate with product and SOC teams to turn requirements into buildable plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8 years building systems in Java and React/Angular; strong full-stack fundamentals; Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and running microservices and RESTful APIs (OpenAPI a plus).
• Hands-on with event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
• Solid MongoDB experience; knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with authentication/authorization in multi-tenant systems (JWT/OAuth2).
