Engineering Manager, Hardware Platform Security

📋 Description

• Lead and grow platform security engineering group across firmware, OS/hardening, and host security
• Own roadmap delivery for hardware root of trust, attestation, secure/measured boot, firmware supply
• Collaborate with infra, fleet, and external silicon vendors to ensure security without degrading
• Set design reviews, threat models, and incident participation for platform security issues.
• Manage relationships with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers and drive fixes with

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in systems security; at least 5 years in firmware, hardware, or OS-level security.
• 5+ years as a people manager of security or systems engineers; experience hiring and developing
• Ability to connect architecture to implementation: secure boot, measured boot, TPM/root of trust
• Experience owning end-to-end technical roadmaps; prioritization across security, performance, and
• Proven ability to work with silicon vendors, OEMs, or cloud/bare-metal providers on security
