Tech Lead, Backend - GraphAware Hume

📋 Description

• Drive platform architecture and technical direction, owning transversal foundations for scale
• Own the graph technology strategy, evaluate/releases and plan scalable migrations
• Optimize graph performance via Cypher queries, data models, and architecture
• Lead backend engineering initiatives, building secure, modular APIs and services
• Design secure access-control for mission-critical environments
• Orchestrate graph-powered workflows automating analytics and real-time insights

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Deep, hands-on Neo4j expertise with advanced Cypher optimization and graph patterns
• Strong graph data modeling, PostgreSQL experience a plus
• Proven technical leadership with ownership of architecture/direction
• Strong Java/JVM expertise; experience with Spring or similar frameworks
• Advanced debugging, profiling, and strong software engineering fundamentals
