Quality Analyst with German and English

📋 Description

• Evaluate and document customer transactions to ensure accuracy
• Ensure guidelines are followed to deliver high customer experience and KPI performance
• Attend internal and external calibration sessions
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members

🎯 Requirements

• QA experience in auditing, coaching, performance management, and reporting is a plus
• C1 German, English at least B2 level
• Experience in international voice processes
• Experience/knowledge in Banking and Finance preferred
• Six months experience in process transformation
• Proficient in MS Office; able to work in fast-paced environments
