Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Engineering

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of production Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and govern Power BI semantic models, including star schemas and DAX measures.
• Partner with Product Management to validate feasibility and data needs.
• Define upstream data structures, models, integrations, and pipelines for reporting.
• Translate dashboard designs into Power BI experiences with visualizations and interactions.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion/transformation pipelines (Spark SQL, PySpark, Delta Live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years building production BI/analytics solutions with Power BI semantic models.
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M) with performance tuning.
• Strong dimensional modeling (star schemas, SCDs, fact tables).
• Advanced SQL with window functions, CTEs, complex joins; large datasets.
• Proficiency in PySpark or Python for transformations and pipelines.
