📋 Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts in North America.
- Support RFPs/RFIs from clients; participate in pitches to win business.
- Provide strategic legal advice to key stakeholders.
- advising on IP, licensing, rights of publicity, and clearance matters.
- Ensure alignment with global standards and develop templates/tools.
🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NY/CA preferred)
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracts (in-house or big law)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to translate legal issues to business advice
- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
- Experience supervising attorneys is a plus
