📋 Description

• Senior insurance regulatory strategy and compliance oversight across Alan’s markets
• Translate regulatory obligations into operational tools and processes
• Lead responses to inspections and report risks to board and committees
• Engage in strategic business conversations and major negotiations
• Oversee international expansion legal scope and licensing
• Build internal legal frameworks and automation roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years in insurance law or social protection law
• Fluency in French and professional English
• Experience negotiating or litigating complex health and disability insurance deals
• Strong knowledge of ACPR guidelines, distribution rules, and related regulations
• Bonus: international market experience and regulatory authority exposure
