📋 Description
- Provide premium software support for CICS on z/OS for Ensono mainframe clients.
- Support reported problems related to CICS TS and related OEM software on a 24x7x365 basis across
- Install and tailor OEM products and perform OS upgrade-related tasks per Ensono standards.
- Collaborate with other towers to prepare customer partitions for annual OS upgrades using proactive
- Support customer migrations related to CICS TS and OEM products; assist project managers to remove
- Execute disaster recovery tasks in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years on the zSeries mainframe with hands-on installation and maintenance of CICS TS and OEM
- Strong knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, tailoring, and related OEM products; experience with IBM
- Experience monitoring CICS TS performance and related systems.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team; able to multi-task and meet
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
