📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on negotiating, executing, and analyzing contracts
• Manage disputes, settlements, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with providers, hospitals, and health systems for outcomes
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and network growth for a defined region
• Remote role with travel to client meetings in AZ/MO/TX
• Report to the Director, Network Contracting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in healthcare network contracting
• 4+ years managing complex provider network strategies
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years in Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
