Insurance Compliance Counsel

📋 Description

• Own Alan's Insurance Compliance Posture across markets
• Translate regulatory obligations (IDD, AML/CFT, etc.) into processes, product design, and tooling
• Manage compliance risks with internal stakeholders; lead complaints management improvements
• Coordinate internal control and audits; ensure remediation and embedding into operations
• Adapt group frameworks to local requirements for new geographies
• Collaborate with Legal, Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care, and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in compliance in insurance/fintech
• Experience with French insurance regulation and EU/local requirements
• Proven cross-functional project leadership
• Bilingual French/English (written & spoken)
• International exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills
