ServiceNow IRM and VR Business Process Consultant

📋 Description

• Bridge business and delivery teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and requirement validation.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs in Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform owners on configurations and workflows.
• Leverage IRM and Vulnerability Response expertise to address risk and compliance needs.
• Support data models, integrations, and user experience to meet business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in business analysis with at least 2 years in ServiceNow.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirement reviews.
• Proficiency designing business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile.
• Strong ServiceNow data structures, tables, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Expertise with IRM and VR modules; CSA certification required.
