📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on negotiating, executing, and analyzing contracts with large healthcare
• Align contracting activity with network adequacy, quality, and financial goals
• Collaborate with providers, hospitals, and health systems to grow the network in a defined market
• Monitor contracts, payor issues, and provider satisfaction; drive cost-saving initiatives
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to contracting staff
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare network contracting or related roles
• 2+ years managing complex provider network strategies and negotiations
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or Medicare Advantage) or healthcare
