🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years in Electrical Engineering
- Strong fundamentals for complex hardware and aerospace systems
- Experience leading product design cycles across disciplines
- Track record of shipping high-quality solutions on schedule
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
