Business Analyst, Veeva Migration / Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Plan migrations: define scope and mappings
• Translate requirements into specs, user stories, flows
• Work with tech teams on data extraction, mapping, validation
• Support IQ/OQ/UAT planning and test execution
• Contribute to Veeva Vault configuration discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as BA/Functional/Techno-Functional in clinical/regulatory/GxP
• Hands-on Veeva Vault Clinical Ops, eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, Site Connect
• Experience with eTMF migrations: mappings, source-to-target, validation
• Knowledge of TMF, life sciences regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11
• ALM/Jira/ServiceNow or similar for requirements and defect tracking
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences/CS/IS or related; equivalent experience
